Since 1996 year
Projects of bio-production of docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) has been supported by national "863" project in the National Biochemical Engineering Technology Research Center established by Nanjing University of Technology and other institutes.
2007year
Founded as Jiangsu Tiankai (Formerly) in Nanjing University of Technology, it began to industrialize bioproduction of DHA algal oil.
2015 year
Company modernization and management upgrading.
2018 year
ATK Biotech began to build a brand-new plant site - Anhui Tiankai (ATK Biotech). As per the blueprint, the project is divided into three phasess, phase I includes DHA, ARA, whey protein and probiotics.
2021 year
DHA oil, ARA oil and their powder products are put into production. Meanwhile, whey protein, probiotics and OPO oil projects are stepping up.
2021 year
Won bid for the first batch of "14th Five-Year Plan" key project, namely "technological innovation and industrialization of core dairy ingredients for infant formula products". ATK Biotech participates as member and undertake the research and production of a number of products including α-lactalbumin, MFGM, β-casein, hydrolyzed dariy protein, lactose, etc.
2022 year
DHA oil passed GRAS certification audited by US FDA and henceforce are officially approved for use in infant formula and special infant formula (pre-term infants) in the United States.
2022 year
DHA oil product passed certification of US USDA ORGANIC and EU V-Label (VEGAN) .
